At Woodstock Farina, we blend traditional Mexican cooking techniques with artisanal pizza-making. Founded by Victor Melchor, our mobile catering brings authentic wood-fired flavors to your special events across Ventura County and beyond. Every pizza is crafted with passion, cooked over real wood fire, and served with the warmth of our heritage.

Common questions from hosts planning weddings, parties, and company events

How far in advance should I reserve?

Most events are booked 3-4 weeks out, especially for weekends during peak season.

Can you accommodate dietary requests?

Yes. We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-sensitive options with advance notice.

What is needed at the venue?

Room for our trailer and a 10 x 10 tent, a gate opening of at least 96 inches, and electricity for evening events.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A $250 deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due upon conclusion of the event.
