Note: Final pricing will be provided in your quote based on guest count, package selection, and any special requests. Package pricing is quoted before labor, travel outside Ventura County, and a 4% processing fee on credit card payments.

We handle everything on your event day

Event Details

Our catering team arrives one hour before your event to begin setup. The oven is lit first, and once it reaches our desired temperature the pizzas take only a few minutes each to cook.
Every pizza is made on site with our own house-made dough and freshly prepared ingredients. Everything served comes straight from our oven, and we set out your orders as each batch finishes.
A team of two to four, depending on the size of your event, handles setup, cooking, and service from start to finish. Plates, napkins, and cutlery are included with every meal package.
We are fully licensed and insured. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance before the event, just ask and we will send one over.
We need ample space to set up: enough room for our trailer and a 10 x 10 tent. The oven can go anywhere you can park.
If a gate sits in the pathway to the setup location, the opening needs a minimum of 96 inches of clearance for the oven to pass through. Evening events also require access to electricity.

Payment Details

A $250 deposit secures your date and is refundable up to two weeks before your event. Final payment of the remaining balance is due upon conclusion of the event.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Credit card transactions carry an additional 4% processing fee.
Changes to your menu or guest count may be made up to 30 days before your event. Changes made less than 30 days prior may incur a fee.
