Most events are booked 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak season (May-October). However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Each booking reserves the full day, so we only take one event per day and never have to rush your service. Your event includes up to 5 hours of service time within that day.

Our minimum is typically 30 guests. For smaller gatherings, please contact us to discuss options.

We serve all of Ventura County, including Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, and surrounding areas. Contact us about other locations—we may be able to accommodate!

Absolutely! We have several vegetarian pizzas, and we can accommodate vegan requests with plant-based cheese and toppings. Just let us know your dietary needs when booking.

We need covered outdoor space or an indoor area with proper ventilation for the oven. As long as there's adequate shelter, we can operate in light rain. For severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule.

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request. Most venues ask for one before your event date, so just let us know and we will send it over.

Yes, we require a $250 deposit to secure your date. Final payment of the remaining balance is due upon conclusion of the event. Deposits are refundable up to two weeks before your event.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Credit card transactions carry an additional 4% processing fee.

Changes to your menu or guest count may be made up to 30 days before your event. Changes made less than 30 days prior may incur a fee. Cancellations are separate: your deposit is refundable up to two weeks before your event.

Enough room for our trailer and a 10 x 10 tent; the oven can be set up anywhere you can park. If there is a gate in the pathway, the opening needs at least 96 inches of clearance for the oven. Evening events also require access to electricity.

Our team arrives one hour before your event to begin setup. We light the oven first, and once it reaches temperature each pizza takes only a few minutes to cook. We'll coordinate timing with you so everything is ready when you need it.

Yes! Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking, and we'll make sure to handle your pizzas with care and use separate tools if needed.
